The Splashback Company have developed excellent techniques and set the benchmark for our industry when it comes paint application on glass.
If you are interested in using coloured glass in your project, there are 2 standard glass types to consider:
01: Clear Glass (Regular Glass) - Has a naturally strong blue/green pigment. The colour palette with this product is limited to cool blue/greens, mid tones and strong colours. The lighter the colour you choose, the stronger the green pigment will appear. However, in strong colours and dark colours, the green pigment is barely seen. If you apply white paint to the back of Clear Glass, you will see a 15% shade of blue/green.

02: Starphire Glass (Low Iron) - Has a reduced pigment which allows us to achieve a broard range of colours. With Starphire Glass, we can acheive whites, warm colours bright colours and close colour matching. It still has a natural blue/green pigment but, if you apply white paint to the back of Starphire Glass, you will only see a 3% shade of blue/green.

We have 48 Standard Colours in our range which include both Clear and Starphire glass types - with options ranging from cool crisp whites to bright vibrant colours.
The Splashback Company also work with Bold Metallics & Pearl Finishes if you are looking to add texture or flair.
Colour Matching is available if you have a particular colour you are looking to achieve.
Colour Consulting is available if you are unsure which direction to head in, or if you need any expert advice when making colour choices.
